Twilight Turns Twenty

October 5th, 2025 marks the twentieth anniversary of the release of Twilight, the eponymous first book in Stephenie Meyer's series. While my first contact with the movies and books only came last year, I'm particularly struck by the nostalgia that early 2000's Forks evokes in me. The combination of fog, flip phones, and supernatural lore transports me to a time of mystery and emotional immediacy—my early twenties. (Maybe it's just me.) I also credit rainy Forks with helping me make peace with Hamburg's chronic grey skies and drizzle, the city I now call home.
In the spirit of celebration and in an exercise in procrastination, I put together some fun Twilight fan content: BINGO cards you can play as you watch the films and an edition of the Forks High School newspaper. Whether you're Team Edward, or Team Jacob, happy Twilightversary, nerds! (Personally, I'm still deciding between team Chief Swan and team Carlisle.) ✨

Keep your eyes peeled for that special brand of quirk that Twilight so generously delivers. There are two individual cards so you can play with a friend 🧛✨🐺
🗞️ Ice-cold off the press! The April 2005 edition of the 'Forks Focus' has arrived, featuring exclusive stories from your favourite Forks High Schoolers—Jessica, Mike Newton, Angela, Eric, and even Bella.

The Forks High School Newspaper that nobody asked for, but that became my delightfully nerdy weekend project! 🤓📰
I'll keep adding new Twilight content as it accumulates! Thanks for reading! ✨🤍
